From the structure out.
This was more than a cosmetic refresh. SCC handled a comprehensive renovation involving interior structural changes, removal and addition of walls, and modifications to window and door opening sizes.
On the exterior, the work included a complete siding tear-off and redesign, deck and railing construction, and window and door installation. Interior work included flooring, trim, cabinetry, countertop fabrication and installation, and appliance installation.
SCC coordinated specialty subcontractors for electrical, tile, drywall and plumbing, including new toilets and tubs. The project demonstrates our ability to oversee connected scopes of work from start to finish.
